We’ve been looking for the right person for a while. And now we’ve found and hired him – and he’ll be starting this Monday (4 February) as Cotes new “After-Sales Supporter”.
His name is Erich Torrild. He has more than twenty years of relevant technical experience from previous employment. E.g. within the food processing industry.
He’ll be working out of our Cotes HQ in Denmark. Erich will be the person you talk to or email with about all queries, questions and requests for help after you’ve purchased a Cotes dehumidifier and had it installed.
A key part of his job will be finding out exactly what you want and need, and coordinating who at Cotes can best help you deal with the specifics of your query and any issues you may have.
We want to make Cotes after-sales support easier, faster and better attuned to your practical needs. This will help you when booking Cotes service visits, ordering spare parts, registering claims and accessing any technical support you may need. We’re here to help – and we want to do it even better!
Erich will also take a lot of weight off the shoulders of our trusty sales coordinators – who have done both jobs up until now.
This means we’ll also be able to process our customers’ orders better – and we can get your dehumidifier to you faster.
